A Weekend with Immaculée

Wednesday, June 9th, 2010

Join Immaculee in New Orleans June 18-20, 2010June 18-20th- Pontchartrain Center, Kenner LA

Experience a weekend that will change your life.  New York Times bestselling author of Left to Tell, Discovering God Amidst the Rwandan Holocaust, Immaculée Ilibagiza will share her riveting story of how she hid with seven other women in a 3’ x 4’ bathroom and the unthinkable 91 days that transformed her life forever. Her story is one of resilience, faith, love and joy.  It’s a beautiful and powerful message that’s intertwined with a first hand account from one of the world’s most horrific genocides.  But in the midst of the darkness that struck her life, Immaculee Ilibagiza is hoping to shine a light of hope with her living example of faith and forgiveness.  The times for the Retreat are Friday 5:00 p.m. through Sunday 11:00 a.m.   Immaculée will speak about:  The love of Our Lady of Kibeho, the power of forgiveness, as she shares her story of survival, and the Miracles of the Rosary, the prayer that saved her life.  And there’s more!  Immaculee will be joined by two very special guests, the Kibeho visionary, Valentine, and the internationally known healing priest Fr. Ubald Rugirangoga.  Valentine, in person, is a remarkable opportunity for all of us.  She is the only one of the seven who is still receiving annual messages from Our Lady every May 15th.  Fr. Ubald also a Rwanda Genocide survivor, lost over 70 members of his family and over 5000 of his parishioners were exterminated.  He escaped by order of his Bishop through the Congo on foot in the middle of the night.  This extraordinary weekend was planned especially for you.  Register online at http://www.immaculee.com.   If you have any questions please contact: Jane Trufant Harvey – 504-915-7945.
